Fusion, like all of our software, is fully GDPR compliant. The platform grants each user different access depending on their job role, e.g. individual school access, group of schools, or full-access with a central view across your entire school network.

There is a wide range of reporting options within Fusion, and all transaction histories can be printed or exported at the touch of a button. Reporting is available both locally at the school or centrally from a council or head office.

A convenient way to pay

Fusion integrates with iPayimpact, our in-house online payment solution. This convenient integration means that turning your school cashless has never been easier. iPayimpact allows parents to top up their child's cashless account with a debit or credit card, wherever and whenever they choose. Pupil accounts are credited in real-time and can be used for ALL school payments, including school meals, trips and more.

We offer peace of mind knowing that our in-house family of products integrate seamlessly. Whilst integrating to third-party providers is also possible with CRB Cunningham's family of products, we will always demonstrate the encryption and processes we place on our data to ensure it complies with GDPR and the Data Protection Act.

We advise that you ask your solutions provider to prove their data protection processes between integrated products.

Seamless MIS integration

Fusion integrates with multiple leading Management Information Systems (MIS). User information is synchronised between Fusion and the school's MIS system, ensuring users only need to be registered once and eradicating information duplication.

If changes are made to the information on the MIS, Fusion updates automatically, and in turn, can write back to the MIS, which ensures that all information is up to date and accurate at all times, reducing the amount of time spent performing manual tasks.
