How to Cancel a Fund in iPay

Question:

How do I cancel a fund in iPay?

Answer:

  1. Select 'Funds' and click 'View' on the fund you want to cancel



  2. Click on 'Cancel Fund'. You are required to enter a reason and your password.

  3. Once cancelled, the fund will now be under 'Inactive Funds'. You can also archive the fund.  

Please Note: Cancelling a fund will not automatically refund online payments to parents. It will only adjust the account's balance within iPay itself. To refund this balance you will need to create refunds separately.
