What can I do to troubleshoot issues
with my revaluation units? 

Question:

How do I manually link an account with an online payment provider?

Answer:

On occasion, you may have to troubleshoot issues with revaluation units.​ Please only follow the steps below if you feel confident. Some steps may involve heavy moving parts. You must isolate the power before checking for any blockages. 
 

Single revaluation unit 

  • Restart the power to the revaluation unit.​​ 
  • If the unit is displaying names but not accepting payment by coins or notes, there may be a blockage. Watch our maintenance video or more instructions before restarting the unit.​

Multiple revaluation units 

  • If more than one unit is showing the same fault (i.e. not showing names), there could be a communication issue with the server. ​ 
  • Check with your IT department if any recent changes have occurred on the server before contacting CRB Cunninghams.​
