Refund Direct to Bank Account 

Question:

Can I refund directly into a bank account from Fusion? 

Answer:

No. Fusion doesn’t support the facility of refunding directly to a bank account. Speak to the internet payment provider for assistance with card refunds.​ 
 
A refund in Fusion can only be carried out on previous till transactions into the user's Catering purse. Please see the steps below:

1. Select ‘Users’ and search for ‘Name’​

2. Click 'Activity'

3. All user transactions will be displayed for the start and end dates you have set 

4. Expand the transaction using the '+' button​

5. Select the item you wish to refund

6. Select 'Refund' and confirm 

7. The refund will be applied immediately to the user's catering account
