Fusion PoS Transaction History and Refunds

Question:

How do I check the transaction history and perform a refund at the PoS?

Answer:

Refunds can be performed at the till level when for example, a transaction is performed in error​. 
 
You must have the correct permissions to perform a refund. Please check with your school admin if you don't have access. To issue a refund, simply: 

  1. Open the customer's account at the till

  2. Select 'Functions' at the bottom of the till

  3. Click the 'History' button (you may need to toggle the screen using the arrow key)



  4. All user transactions are displayed. Click the '+' icon to display the full breakdown



  5. Select item(s) and click 'refund selected'.

  6. Confirm when prompted. Money will be credited to the users' catering balance immediately.
